Orange Aerocano

Ingredients

  • 150g ice cubes
  • 120ml milk
  • 16ml DVG Orange Syrup
  • 8ml DVG Honeycomb syrup
  • Coffee grounds
  • Fresh fruit

Method

  1. Add your coffee grounds to a portafilter
  2. Tamp the coffee grounds
  3. Extract a double espresso
  4. Add 100g of cubed ice to a blender
  5. Pour the double espresso into the blender
  6. Add two pumps of DVG Orange Syrup into the blender
  7. Add one pump of DVG Honeycomb Syrup into the blender
  8. Blend ingredients until well mixed
  9. Pour out the mixture and garnish with fresh fruit
